For the breading:
Fry the onion and finely chopped garlic, spices, parsley and salt for a while in butter . Stir in the white sauce and mix,add the meat, mix everything well and leave fry for a few minutes.
Remove from heat and leave to cool. Add the egg and mix.
With the dough, form fairly thin patties, drag them in the egg and then in breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
Butter a frying pan and cook the patties on both sides. Serve hot.
