Put the garlic, onion and chicken in a pan with a ½ cup of oil to get a golden brown color, then add a little water and spices, let it cook for about 20 minutes. Keep the preparation aside
Mix the flour with two eggs, ½ cup of oil and a pinch of salt adding little by little warm water until getting a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest in a dry place.
When the chicken mixture gets cool enough, add grated cheese, two finely chopped boiled eggs, and 2 eggs. Mix well.
Put half of the dough well spread in a greased mold, add the mixture and cover it with the other half of well spread dough.
Bake in oven at 180° C for twenty minutes.
