Our teams thoroughly apply strict control processes covering all production cycles, starting from breeding to finished product, including:
- The principle of strict separation between production chain of turkey and chicken in order to avoid health risks
- Strict compliance with halal slaughtering rules (manual and direction of Mecca); the only manual step in our process
- The implementation of a permanent rearing process control by a team of Cuisto experts composed of a veterinarian, engineers and technicians, all specialized in breeding
- The establishment of an internal control team charged of slaughtering composed of a veterinarian and hygienic technicians
- The systematic establishment of health certificate by an independent public servant veterinarian.
