Our teams  thoroughly apply strict  control processes covering all production cycles, starting from breeding to finished product, including:

  • The principle of strict separation between production chain of turkey and chicken in order to  avoid health risks
  • Strict compliance with halal slaughtering rules (manual and direction of Mecca); the only manual step  in our process
  • The   implementation of a permanent rearing process control  by a team of Cuisto experts  composed of a veterinarian, engineers and technicians, all specialized in  breeding
  • The establishment of an  internal control team charged of slaughtering composed of a veterinarian and hygienic technicians
  • The systematic establishment of health certificate by an independent public servant  veterinarian.
  • The warranty of full traceability of marketed  products
